It’s true, I’m almost 40! To celebrate I’ve started the Simple and Sinister kettlebell program so I’m doing 100 kettlebell swings most mornings, in sets of ten. Sadly a persistent elbow tendon pain makes it impossible for me to do the Turkish Get Ups :( Since I hit my mid thirties tendon strains have started to take a very very long time to heal😤 I want to get stem cells and the peptide bpc-157. The chuck roast was grass finished and never frozen. I ate mostly raw meat, eggs and dairy for about two years and never got sick from anything I ate except for oysters which sometimes give me a slight stomach ache🤷‍♂️

There are plenty of non toxic ways to deal with body odor. My favorite way is to shower in the morning after taking a sauna. And if I want to be a Mr. Fancy Pants I’ll use some kind of crunchy deodorant that isn’t toxic and maybe utilizes essential oils or some such hippy ingredients😆 Though I’d love to see such things go mainstream!🧐 #deodorant #bodyodor #toxic #endocrinedisruptors
