Birthday kettlebell swings!
It’s true, I’m almost 40!
To celebrate I’ve started the Simple and Sinister kettlebell program so I’m doing 100 kettlebell swings most mornings, in sets of ten.
Sadly a persistent elbow tendon pain makes it impossible for me to do the Turkish Get Ups :(
Since I hit my mid thirties tendon strains have started to take a very very long time to heal😤
I want to get stem cells and the peptide bpc-157.
Anybody got the hook up on either of those?😆

Eating raw beef while grounding and forest bathing!
The chuck roast was grass finished and never frozen. I ate mostly raw meat, eggs and dairy for about two years and never got sick from anything I ate except for oysters which sometimes give me a slight stomach ache🤷♂️

Artificial Fragrances🤢
There are plenty of non toxic ways to deal with body odor. My favorite way is to shower in the morning after taking a sauna.
And if I want to be a Mr. Fancy Pants I’ll use some kind of crunchy deodorant that isn’t toxic and maybe utilizes essential oils or some such hippy ingredients😆 Though I’d love to see such things go mainstream!🧐
