DEPUTY SPEAKER leads push for reforms as African leaders turn heat on UN Security Council

Uganda’s Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has led parliamentarians sitting in Brussels to appeal for Africa to gain more power at the United Nations with a strong demand that the continent receives two permanent seats on the UN Security Council.
