Legionella Braverman: Just the latest Tory public health failure.

The Bibby Stockholm get's evacuated over Legionella and Tuberculosis, as Braverman's cruel indifference gets exposed again!
Right, so the floating Grenfell that is the Bibby Stockholm ends up becoming a floating COVID care home instead as within a week the thusfar 39 asylum seekers moved onto the barge have all been moved off having been infected by or exposed to some really quite serious illness and the first thought that came to my mind when reading up on this story was that just like the COVID care homes, where Matt Hancock ended up knowingly sending infected people into care homes. Suella Braverman’s Home Office did this knowingly as well and when I thought about it a bit more I was reminded of the story of the diptheria outbreak at the Manston concentration camp in Kent last year or all the triathlete’s who all got D&V bugs, exposed to E.Coli for swimming off the North East coast earlier this week after being told it was perfectly safe to do so, when actually it was clearly full of human excrement dumped by our privatised water companies and let’s not forget that we’ve seen the return of other diseases that we’d thought we’d seen the back of like polio, rickets and scurvy so all in all this government are fully failing in their most basic fundamental duty which is towards the health and well being of those they govern over that goes far beyond just the issue with the Bibby Stockholm. They can’t be trusted with something as basic as making sure we’re not exposed unnecessarily to disease and serious disease at that in this country. They may as well rename themselves the Nurse Ratched party after all of this.
But this current situation, we already know quite a lot about what has been going on on the Bibby, the story has come quite quickly but fundamentally the first 15 asylum seekers were put on board on Monday, despite the health and safety inspectorate and the Fire Brigades Union both voicing concerns over the Home Office doing this, because they had not signed the vessel off as safe to put people on. The fire service we know had concerns over the lack of fire escapes, the potential congestion in narrow corridors and doorways once the vessel was fully operational, was full as the Tories wanted it and working at the doubled capacity the Tories are determined they can make work, putting 506 people on a barge built to house 222. They haven’t got anywhere near that far though before all this has happened.
