1 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons dry milk
3 1/4 white bread flour or I used 3 3/4 fresh milled white wheat berries
2 teaspoons active dry years.

Mix all ingredients to form a loose dough. Rest 30 minutes then turn out into a floured surface. Roll into a 9x 13 square and add butter cinnamon and sugar evenly or create a paste with
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soft butter
And spread over the dough. Roll. Cut into 1 3/4 inch sections. Allow to rise and double in size for 30 minutes in a warm spot. Bake in a greased pan 350’f for 25-30 minutes. Top with glaze made with
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
