Inverted Hanging Ab Sit Ups Using Teeter EZ-Up Gravity Boots On Improvised Pull Up Bar

Inverted Hanging Ab Sit Ups are really good for strengthening your core muscles, abdomen, but if you try doing them on an improvised pull up bar it is important to have a belt, rope, or something that you can use to help you grab the bar and unhook the EZ-UP Gravity Boots because if you don't, you might not be able to unhook yourself from the bar, especially if you've exhausted your abs, because getting stuck upside down wouldn't be good. Be careful.
