I made time to take a vacation with my family, I was wearing thin of every passing day, being surrounded by broken things that just should not be broken so new, so soon. I made 4 hours of video of our vacation. I have been able to trim it down to an hour and ten minute presentation, that I hope you will subscribe to and enjoy.
Because of the #YouTube #collusion with #musiccompanies to make sure they don't honor #fairuse, we have to share the video here in a series, and are quite blessed to be able to share here freely. Thank you www.Rumble.com . However the downside is because of the 15.gb cap rumble upload. The video quality is so good, I just don't have the heart to cut the resolution to make one video, so this is a series called "will it tow it."
Fair use is a legal copyright exception due to its transformative nature in format, context and meaning. In this specific video there are more than a few fair use copyright exceptions due to a factual event , and can be considered as more than one of the above fair use exceptions, per collaboration. Fair use exceptions are education, as we taught how to fix a shift linkage and repair it later. Parody as we drive along the highway, each one of these songs implicitly and explicitly narrate the visual sequences in serious and oddly ironic funny quirky way.
News, showcasing an event. Online activity: Creates interaction. None of the full original works were used, all speed changed, echo and other effects added, and context drastically transformed to adhere to the federal laws of fair use. Not to mention there's an engine in the background making more noise than music companies. Hey listen, if anyone asks, I own that noise and the rights to it specifically trademarked Weldy. Of course I am Kidding.
Each original copyright work is owned by me as I purchased it long ago, to listen to personally, and still listen to them today as I use the transformable works in a new meaning and new expression, in 2023. Thanks for the Collaborations, Let me show much respect to the original artists who made them by using them.
