In this video our trainees practice shooting from a prone position. Our instructor leads them through three variations of this exercise:
-- Standard prone. Best for quick shots. This is a one-handed shot and it’s difficult to hold this position for an extended time.
-- Roll to side prone. Very good if you have enough time to get into this position. It’s very stable and comfortable for nice, steady two-handed shots.
-- Monopod “golf-grip”. Good for precise or distance shots. Using a fisted support hand as a shelf to elevate the grip and use as a monopod to hold the guns steady and shoot from any of the prone positions.
