Wellness Wednesday with Silke Steuxner ~ Sound Healing

Silke holds Certificates and Diplomas in Sound healing, Sound therapy, Somatic Experience Practitioner, Qi Gong, Forest Therapy / Shinrin Yoku and Mindful Nature Guide, to name a few.

Silke’s background is in nursing, having been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years working in Trauma & Emergency settings for most of her career.

This was such an inspiring, very informative, fun session! Silke is passionate and knowledgeable on the amazing benefits of the frequencies of sound for healing.

Silke’s Sound healing journey started in 2001 and over 20-year spanning career she has brought Sound therapy into Nursing Homes and worked with Cancer patients.

Her Sound therapy work with severe Dementia and Alzheimer sufferers became a research project in 2011 and was introduced at the Alzheimer Australia Conference in 2012 in Hobart, Australia. It won an Award for Innovative Therapies.

Silke recorded the CD ‘Soul Matrix’ and is the author of the book ‘Cultivate Resilience through Nature Connections’, The Anxiety Awareness journal, and the ‘Nature Connection journal’. The book and journals are available via Amazon.

At present Silke offers Sound & Frequency healing in individual and group sessions with a trauma sensitive approach, her focus is on mentoring and guiding people to take back their responsibility and power to be in charge of their own health and wellbeing.
