PHA Australia and PHA New Zealand came together with Paul and Matt of Positive Living Communities to hold a Round Table with our wonderful hub members here in the Southern Hemisphere. On Wednesday 13th of March, we are hosted Hari Bans Angell Kaur as our Wellness Wednesday presenter. We delved into an embodied practice which helped us to connect inwardly to our divine nature and foster the radiant body of the PHA, aiding the field to become more magnetic.
