Eating Food Dipped in LIQUID NITROGEN (Extreme Food) 🥶 Solo Travel India | Bangalore Vlog (Ep. 70)

Have you ever at food that was dipped in Liquid Nitrogen? It's literally the coldest food in the world, about -320 F / -196 C. This definitely qualifies as 'extreme food'.

I was walking around VV Puram Street in Bangalore, India, when we seen a vendor who offered this experience. Food dipped in Liquid nitrogen often goes by "Heaven's Breath", "Dragon's Breath", or "Nitro Puff". Very fitting names, I suppose.

The experience wasn't very pleasant. The food tasted like cardboard and it also burned my tongue.

But blowing smoke out of my nose like a dragon was rather unique!

Warning:
1) This food is unbelievably cold. You will receive minor burns on everything that the food touches. Fingers, lips, tongue...etc. My food was light (a cracker). The burns were minor. But if you put a grape in liquid nitrogen, and then ate it, you may receive some serious burns or damage to your body. Beware.

2) Fully chew the food before swallowing. Make sure all of the fumes are gone before swallowing.

3) Avoid inhaling the fumes.
