Seared Scallops, avocado and pea purée, salad

That avocado purée is as thick as me, and Bae knows I’m just that smooth with it. Baby onion, fresh avocado, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, and salt. Purée to a silky soft blend. Leftover avocado, we make into an avocado rose because that’s my style and I won’t quit.
