Brazil, Mexico doubt peace negotiations without Russia

As delegations from 40 countries met in Saudi Arabia for Ukraine conflict talks over – an event Russia was notably excluded from, Brazil’s chief presidential adviser has expressed doubt that any progress in reaching peace can be achieved without Moscow. Mexico's president also described the talks as 'pointless' unless Russia takes part.
