Also, you're invited to participate in the ongoing June Self-Guided Hiking/Walking Spree for Healthcare Professionals Hiking/Walking Spree, and you can do this anywhere you are at! Our goal is for participants to hike or walk at least 20 miles this month outside of their familiar routines. We encourage you to embrace the unfamiliar and explore the wonders of nature. Don't forget, this spree is about taking a stand on personal wellness and fostering a sense of community and engaging with fellow healthcare professionals.
