Houses and farms were submerged after heavy rainfall triggered by Typhoon Doksuri in China’s Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang province. The local hydrology and water resources center issued an alert on Friday, stating that water levels at some river sites had exceeded the warning level. A series of red, orange, and yellow warnings for meteorological risks and geological disasters were also issued.
