Completed OMINOUS by Cavemantraining for the third time today and improved in rounds. Because my new gym doesn't have anything heavier than 2 x24kg I need to focus on adding rounds. Once I get access to 28kgs and 32kgs again, I will be focusing on increasing weight rather than rounds.

Got out 10, 10, 10, and 11 with 2 x 24kg. The previous go was 11, 9,9, and 9. I figured if I go easier at the start I can recover quicker in the rest time and keep a steady set to go hard in the last cycle. Next, I'll aim to get 11 in the 3rd cycle, and then 11 for all cycles.
