Typhoon Doksuri floods China

Typhoon Doksuri has swept through the Shangzhi residential area of the Chinese city of Harbin, flooding several parts of the city and its suburbs. Torrential waters have wreaked havoc, destroying roads and cutting off power lines, leaving communities in distress.
