Florida plastic Surgeon, Tomasz Kosowski faces murder charges in the presumed death of Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, who was reported missing on March 21. Kosowski has pleaded not guilty and remains jailed in Pinellas County Jail with no bond. Steven's body has not been found and is presumed to be in a Florida landfill and unable to be found.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in this case.
