Shocking New Details On Attorney Murder Allegedly By Tampa Bay Plastic Surgeon -- ATTORNEY EXPLAINS

In this video, I revisit the murder case involving Tampa Bay plastic surgeon Dr. Tomasz Kosowski ("Dr. K"), who has been indicted in the first degree murder of Tampa Bay attorney Steven Cozzi. As discussed in my last video on this case, Dr. K filed a motion to dismiss the indictment and motion to set bond, which was by the Court last week. In connection with these motions, the State filed its own motion to detain Dr. K in jail pending trial, which was effectively granted when the Court denied Dr. K's motion for bail. We learned A LOT of new information on the State's case, and today I go over this new information and provide my thoughts. As always, Dr. Kosowski, and all defendants, are presumed innocent unless proven guilty at trial.
