Sam Baity, a special investigator with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, interviewed two witnesses, Jimmy Ellison, the cousin of the murder victim, and Jaquavious Favors, the underaged nephew of Roger Lee Baker, Jr. Sam Baity used their witness account to secure 5 illegal warrants and refuse to show up to the hearings allowing Roger Lee Baker, Jr his right to confront his accuser. Those witnesses would end up revealing they didn’t see Roger Lee Baker, Jr murder Calvin Ellison.
