Julie, Why Did You Make this series about Carlton Gary?
This video is an answer to the question as to why I would make a video series about exposing the crimes done to Carlton’s Gary by the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit and the law enforcement officials of Columbus, GA. I made a promise to Carlton that I would tell his story since they denied his Due Process rights and had him executed anyway when there was so much new evidence that exonerated him. Check out Murder in Muscogee for the details of my Investigation and analysis which would be the initiation case that caused the birth of Plumblyne Productions.

Baker's Boondoggle - Fishing for Firearms in the Jordan - Part 5 - Talbot County, GA
Catherine Jordan, a firearms examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation gave testimony that she performed several tests on the gun, magazine, and live rounds in evidence that belonged to Roger Lee Baker, Sr., the father of Roger Lee Baker, Jr. She would indicate that it was his weapon and live rounds she used but her reports would indicate that she used a different gun. She fabricated dates and performed some of those tests after the conclusion of the trial. This evidence was not presented at trial and no bullets were ever found. A conversation record showed she conspired with state prosecutor Mark Post of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit in Georgia and altered those dates to make it appear that she had already performed them. She also perjured herself on that she said she performed these tests with three live rounds from the magazine but we will show you that her tests would actually show she used six live rounds she said were the three that were in evidence, thereby also destroying evidence as well as indicating that the bullets were full metal jacket when her own tests show they were hollow point as Roger Lee Baker, Jr has maintained since 2007.

Baker's Boondoggle - Medical Examiner Mudskipper - Part 4 - Talbot County, GA
Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, falsified reports and testimony which would state that the size of the wound would actually not be from the gun of Roger Lee Baker, Jr. He would indicate that it was Roger Lee Baker Jr's gun but then he would indicated that any size caliber could have made the entrance and exit wounds. This would establish him along with several agents of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as a conspirator to frame Roger Lee Baker, Jr, from Talbot County, Ga of a murder he did not commit.

Baker's Boondoggle - Medical Examiner Mudskipper - Part 3 - Talbot County, GA
Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, falsified reports that show that a bullet halved its size and on exit. We used his own reports and testimony to show that he discredited himself and also indicated that there were no bullets in the body nor were there fragments. An X-ray was performed that indicated no fragments were found in the body and only the fragment would cause a smaller exit wound.

Baker's Boondoggle - Medical Mudskipper - Part 2 - Talbot County, GA
Dr. Jonathan Eisenstat, a medical Examiner for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, performed an autopsy on Calvin Ellison on July 9, 2007. He fabricated and falsified an autopsy report in order to frame Roger Lee Baker, Jr for a murder he never committed. Dr. Eisenstat stated the path of the bullet went from to back, left to right, and upward, however his own report shows that the bullet went downward. He also stated that the gunshot wound was from an indeterminate range but cites a rim of abrasion is present which means that the gun touched the skin. He also stated that the bullet was halved in size on exit (which can only happen if the bullet fragments, but he indicates no bullet or fragments were found in the body). This included court testimony sworn under oath which cites his perjury.

His own testimony also contradicts what he has stated was the cause of death.
