Bodybuilders are dying of heart issues a lot lately.

Heck, it seems the entire population is having heart problems!

Be smart. Here are some tips for everyone:

1) Don’t be fat.
2) Eat heart-healthy foods that contain fiber and healthy fats.
3) Supplement for heart health. While I take a few heart health supplements, the two I recommend most are Nattokinase and @the_ambrosia_collective Nektar.
4) Exercise, cardio and strength training, multiple times a week.

And according the the American Heart Association, getting adequate SLEEP will also help.
