• Neh. 13:13 Being reliable is one of the most valuable characteristics of a believer. It is a characteristic that every believer can adorn and toward which he can aspire. Being reliable does not mean being flawless, but being mindful of what is fair and just in everything we do. The believer is not judged by the size of his gift or effort, but whether he has faithfully done what the Lord has commanded him to do (1Co_4:2). Especially when it comes to money, someone must be unquestionably trustworthy, faithful. These were the attributes of those whom Nehemiah appointed as Treasurers.
