Steam rice cake

In this video, we’re going to be making Filipino Puto aka Putong Puti or Putong Bigas! Puto is a steamed rice cake, that’s super easy to make, and even easier to gobble up! Puto can be eaten by itself as a snack, or with other Filipino dishes like pancit or dinuguan! It’s talangang tasty!
