Domes for a tank

I scratchbuilt this O scale Oil Tank some years back and over time I managed to knock off the dome and vent tube I had installed. I 3D printed a new dome and access hatch. To hold them in place while the cement sets and ensure the flange fits tight against the body of the tank I made a simple clamp/jig.
