Bukoto market saga - KCCA appointed traders at loggerheads with former stall owners

Security operatives in Kira Municipality, led by the Kira DPC, DISO, and the community liaison officer, have called an urgent meeting at Bukoto market to resolve the dispute between the KCCA-appointed traders and the former market stall owners in the market.
The development follows President Museveni’s order that all state markets be put under management of KCCA.
