When you consider the state of your health right now, what you are looking at is a very strong and clear statement about how you currently identify yourself. Who you believe you are, which is then what you present to the world.

It is also a statement regarding what your beliefs and attitudes are about your body. It is a statement that reflects your understanding about how your body functions.

These beliefs and attitudes about yourself and your body are directly tied to the physical result that is your health, energy levels and longevity, or lack thereof.

To heal yourself and change the current state of your health, you've got to expand how you think about yourself and your body.
