Severe wildfires rage near Syria's Latakia

As temperatures in Syria remain extremely high due to the Mediterranean heatwave, wildfires continue to rage in the rural areas and forests of northern Latakia. Firefighters are on-site for the third consecutive day, in an effort to control the spread of the fire.
