Since the broadcast of this video, Clovas has made several false statements as to what happened in this video, and she has made defamatory statements on my professional life, person, and physical appearance. She has done this in live-streams, and in YouTube comments. Below, are some important points I would like you the viewer to be aware of. 1. I have not doxxed Clovas in this video, because "Clovas," is not her first name. Her first name was never mentioned in this broadcast. All names mentioned on her behalf can be sourced on YouTube, including her own channel. 2. This show was an investigation, and inquiry into the matters mentioned pertaining to Clovas. It was not an accusation, nor defamation. 3. When Clovas showed up in the chat of the live-stream of this show, she was respectfully invited to speak on her behalf and explain things. She chose not to join. 4. The reason for doing this broadcast was an investigation into YouTubers who might have crossed the line as True Crime researchers, and a look into those who bust criminals outside of law enforcement. There was no personal malice intended toward any individuals mentioned on the part of the producer and host Tere Joyce. 5. The video that was being played pertaining to Clovas' admission that she was was being investigated by the FBI was put on private in the middle of the stream. This video is a reciept and source proving what has be written above is true.
