Here is a NO EQUIPMENT LOWER BODY HOME WORKOUT you can do in 10 Minutes. This is a fun 10 minute workout you can do with me any time of day at any place, as it does not require any equipment. You can use a couch or chair to increase the intensity of some exercises or there are some regressions of the exercise in the video!
I will get a better location for filming some day but this is a quick and easy 10 minute home workout so I like the vibe. You can do a workout any where at any time if you are creative!
