Physiological sigh - Double inhale - the cookie breath.

which ever name you want to call it - it is a fascinating method to "break" your mental state and reset it.
A quicker method than mediation.
You naturally do this sometimes too. An automated response to shallow breath.
Ever caught yourself involuntarily do it? that sudden gasp followed by another? - thats it.

This is a 5 minuet class to follow along with at first and then set your own pace, Then feel the expansion of the lungs and through your body at your own pace.
