Kare kare

Kare Kare is a Filipino meat stew that consists of oxtail and vegetables, all covered in a thick, savory peanut sauce. It's definitely a crowd favorite! In our recipe we use an Instant Pot to quickly make the oxtail tender, which would normally take a hours.
