Typhoon hits Taiwan, prompts schools and businesses closure

Typhoon Doksuri has battered Taiwan's eastern cities, leading to the closure of schools and businesses. Cars were seen navigating through heavy rainfall with much diffculty, while workers with bulldozers cleared the main roads in the Taitung area as water continued to flow.
