Day 3 has been like hitting a wall but I'm pushing through and we're going to do it together. Today we're going for a walk to this neat waterfall in this park near us. Come join us. Have you set any goals yet? Are you thinking about it? What's it going to take to get you to the next step.

Today I hiked the Blue Trail at Settlers Cabin Park near Pittsburgh. We just moved back to the area and this is the closest park to us. I plan on spending a lot of time here this summer.
