Expectations vs. Reality! I think the the number one reason people who aren’t interested in joining my team with Primerica don’t want to call me back and tell me they’re not interested is because they’re worried I’m going to pressure them into changing their minds!
Personally, if you don’t want to be here, I’m not going to try to convince you to be on my team—it would be a waste of both of our time! BUT, I always try to leave the door of opportunity cracked open. Having a back up plan is always a good idea!
