Dover Bell! 2002 Thyssenkrupp/United Traditional Hydraulic Elevators at Onyx I (Knoxville, TN)

Welcome to Thyssenkrupp Traditional Thursday, yep all of the uploads today will be TK Traditionals.

Out of all the Pre Late 2007 Traditionally Borings I've filmed, this was definitely the most unique set! This is yet another 3rd Party TK Traditional installed by United with some weird quirks. The inside of the cab chimes up and down despite not having indoor lanterns, the Floor Indicator is a Generic CE Dot Matrix Indicator, and despite having some lanterns with replaced Adams chimes, some have working Mechanical Dover Bells, which I demonstrate at the end. Thyssenkrupps with Mechanical Bells is EXTREMELY RARE and the only other example I've seen in person with a TK with Dover Bells is over at App State Living Learning Center Residence Hall in which there are 2 2002 TK's with Dover VR fixtures.
