KCCA KISAKA’S TERM AS ED EXPIRED AND RENEWED TO PERMANENT SECRETARY

The President Museveni last week renewed the contract of the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority for three years and also instructed the head of Public Service to elevate Dorothy Kisaka to the level of a Permanent Secretary.
However, the renewal of Kisaka’s contract comes in the of better service in the city, but the Chairperson of the National Physical Planning Board, Amanda Ngabirano says some of the challenges affecting service delivery shouldn’t be pegged on Dorothy Kisaka.
