Baking a Cake in a Gozney Pizza Oven

Yep, you read right. Baked this baby in the Gozney Dome pizza oven, and it came out better than my regular oven 🤣 Quick disclaimer, the wonderful people at Gozney agreed to send us the Pizza Dome so we can have some fun testing recipes that wouldn't typically be baked outside of a regular oven. So far we have successfully baked cookies, banana bread and meringues (video coming out soon for meringues!) and all the opinions expressed are my own :) if you'd like to check out the oven, you can find it here: http://www.gozney.com

recipe:
450 grams unsalted butter
400 milk
450 grams white chocolate
450 grams plain (all purpose) flour
225 grams self raising flour
600 grams caster sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

regular oven: 180 degrees Celsius
Gozney Dome: preheat to 400 degrees Celsius and allow to cool down until it reaches 350 degrees Celsius with the door on and chimney closed. Re-heat if needed, but be sure to take the cake out of the oven while it is heating up again :)
