REASONS TO PRIORITIZE GOV’T BUSINESS FOR UBC AND NEW VISION FIRST

The Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi says the presidential directive to channel all government adverts through UBC and New Vision is premised on account that government accounting officers over time have been diverting revenues meant for government adverts to private media houses under unclear circumstances leaving the state owned National broadcaster UBC with peanuts to manage government programs.
