Eight people were injured when a boat crashed into a house in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, on Saturday, July 22, the local fire crew said. The incident, happened at 11:55pm at the 1.3 mile mark of the Osage Arm, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. The boat ran aground and struck a home causing the boat to overturn and all eight passengers to be ejected, they added. The injured passengers were transported to local hospitals, with one individual being in critical condition, according to Lake Ozark Fire Protection District. The boat’s 47 year-old California-based captain, Adam Ramirez, was arrested for boating while intoxicated, Highway Patrol said. Credit: Missouri State Highway Patrol via Storyful
