Advocates for the homeless push for city to fund services

The Cincinnati Homeless Coalition pled Friday for city officials not to cut human services funding in the next fiscal year. Mayor John Cranley has proposed an 11 percent cut to compensate for city budget woes; acting City Manager Patrick Duhaney has proposed an even more drastic 24 percent cut.
