2023_07_23_AM_How Old is Your Spirit?

No, this isn't about re-incarnation. Guest Pastors Glenn and Linda Forsee preach an important lesson on aging in THIS life.

Based on Psalm 37:25 and similar Scripture, Pastor Glenn lists four truths that face us as we look into the mirror:
1. I was once young.
2. I am growing older.
3. I've never seen the righteous forsaken.
4. Aging is inevitable.

You can't stop the calendar. Whether you consider age 50 the 'old age of youth' or the 'youth of old age': Will you LIVE until you die (as George Jones sang), or are you Spiritually dead already?

Life has not passed you by .. it just LOOKS different!

You can be BORN AGAIN through the Blood of Jesus and the Holy Spirit - but don't leave any 'loose ends' before going to be with the LORD.

Protect your loved ones legally by having a Will, a Living Will, and Power of Attorney. Protect them spiritually by letting them see you pray for them, and letting the Holy Spirit guide them from there.

Repair any broken relationships that you can.

Pastor Glenn suggests that you can have a special focus on your prayer each day of the week.

Don't leave it to chance. You owe it to your ancestors and to your posterity alike.
