Slow Progress Is better than no progress right??

One of the biggest problems I face when trying to improve is not holding myself accountable and falling back into the same patterns. Finding a group of people trying to make the same type of progress you are and will hold you to a higher standard is essential! But at the end of the day you must show up for yourself. Over the past 2 years I have tried tracking my progress in different ways, but recently I’ve broken it down into a list of 10 core things that i track myself on each week. Despite not being Perfect just by doing this I’ve started making progress in my life again!
