Slow Progress Is better than no progress right?? One of the biggest problems I face when trying to improve is not holding myself accountable and falling back into the same patterns. Finding a group of people trying to make the same type of progress you are and will hold you to a higher standard is essential! But at the end of the day you must show up for yourself. Over the past 2 years I have tried tracking my progress in different ways, but recently I’ve broken it down into a list of 10 core things that i track myself on each week. R.I.P JON ❤️ It doesn't feel like it's been 5 years. We miss you. You were always the one to bring us back together. You could make anyone laugh in any situation. I miss your accent, your laugh, your name popping up in the group chat. You were so much fun and a centre piece in my life, I can't believe it's been 5 years. To often I forget that being alive and healthy the past 5 years is the biggest blessing I could ask for and I'm determined to make the most of however much time I have left. Love you J Mub.
