OVER 20BN SHILLINGS EARMARKED TOWARDS THE NAADS FARMERS INNITIATIVE

Government through the National Agricultural Advisory services (NAADS) has embarked on championing the growing of high value crops like Macadamia, Hass Avocado, and Sun Flower among others.
Through supporting nucleus farmers with already existing schemes on large scale government has earmarked 20bn towards the initiative with the aim of increasing export and promoting value addition for sustainable crops in the country.
