Rep. Donalds: IRS Investigators Were Prevented Access to Hunter Biden's Location Data

DONALDS: "Last question through your investigation: how much money did you uncover was coming from Ukraine, Romania and China?"

ZIEGLER: "If you hold on one Second, Let me reference the- $17.3 Million approximately."

DONALDS: "okay, so $17.3 million through your investigation and you are you and Mr Shapely, you are the guys that investigate criminal tax evasion on an international scale is that correct?"

ZIEGLER: "Correct."

DONALDS: "Okay, Question for the chairman. Mr. Chairman, through the investigation of the oversight committee about how much money have we seen come from Ukraine, Romania in China?

CHAIRMAN: "over over 10 million."

DONALDS: "okay. So we have two separate investigations, one done by the investigative Branch of the IRS that is charged with doing these types of investigations. These are the people you want doing them and an independent investigation by the oversight committee and we’re coming up with the same amount of money, give or take a couple million going through the same person in Hunter Biden, and his investigation is slow walked and we're supposed to sit here and think that Joe Biden knows nothing? I think, for the record, Mr. Chairman, that the relevant committee needs to have questions for Leslie Wolf, the AUSA of Delaware, for David Weiss, the attorney general of Delaware, for Lisa Monaco who was the deputy attorney general, and for Merrick Garland himself, the attorney general of the United States. Because of this action is allowed to occur and investigations are slow-walked with this level of detail... this ain't Donald Trump, y'all. All these are facts I yield back.

INGRAHAM: “Oh. Congressman Donalds, so the pompous Goldman just dragged the president of the United States into this. That was sworn testimony by the whistleblower now on the record.”

DONALDS: “Oh, listen, I totally agree with you. That did occur. And it was multiple instances in this hearing. One of the things that came out is the famous Whatsapp message that everybody talks about now, where Hunter is sitting next to his dad and he wants more money and ‘You better give it to us or we are going to remember and we are going to stop everything you are doing,’ that text message, the investigators at the IRS wanted to get location data to actually show that Hunter Biden was where we all believe he was, which is at the Rehoboth Beach House with Joe Biden. The AUSA did not allow them to get the location data. This is simple investigative stuff. Laura, look, I’m not an attorney. I’m a finance guy, but this is simple common sense. If you are trying to track down the flow of money and really see how deep your investigation goes, you simply get the location data. The DoJ stopped the investigators from doing that. And so there’s more information that came out of this hearing that not only did Joe Biden know what was going on, but that Joe Biden in part was benefiting from what was going on.”
