What muscles are there in the forearm?
There are two main muscle groups in the forearm: extensors and flexors. The extensors are responsible for extending the wrist and fingers, while the flexors are responsible for flexing the wrist and fingers toward the palm.

The biceps is the double-headed muscle of the shoulder, which is attached to the shoulder blade by two tendons. It is in this area that most shoulder injuries occur
