Here's a quick guide to conquer your customer’s first sales objection and attempt to close again. Overcoming Sales Objections can be easy.

1. Listen actively: When your customer raises their first objection, listen attentively to what they have to say. Let them express their concerns or hesitations fully without interrupting.

2. Empathize with their concerns by nodding your head, or saying “I understand”. This shows you understand their objection.

3. Then quickly pivot the conversation and reclose the sale: Steer the conversation back towards the close. Transition smoothly by asking, “"Based on what we've discussed, you like our product and how it will solve your problem, let’s get you started, what address are we shipping to?” or “Let’s get you started, which payment method do you want to use?”
