We deadlift to have more power, more speed, reduce injury risk and LEARN DECELERATION!

Pairing the deadlift with broad jumps reinforces what we do - GENERATE FORCE INTO THE GROUD and also, land and decelerate properly.

10 year old @prestonlobliner hasn’t perfected decelerating on the jumps but that’s why we need repetition, so it is second nature to do it on the field!
