Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the ruling Friday in the matter of Oregon Firearms Federation v. Kotek, a challenge to Oregon's Ballot Measure 114. The two main challenges to this atrocious piece of legislation were the new bans on "large capacity magazines" and the State's new pre-purchase licensing requirements.
