Laid Back Friday

Nothing is going to be different this time. Not in our, (humanity's) favor, that it. Yet at the same time I can sense change happening, but as change does, it's happening very slowly. It happens over generations.
One of the plots I suspect has been pulled off over time, is reducing the human lifespan in this order for chaos to become a perpetual condition. I've noticed across history that every couple of generations society in the aggregate changes, usually behind a war of some kind.
This is a poor lead into this episode because I don't pick up on this line of thought.
Today we finish up where we started on Wednesday (Eat the Whopper) and then we hit the gym for a substitution workout and update on how our strategies are working.
